Pretty much what the title says! Hiking with Queer people! That means Gays, Lesbians, Bisexuals, Trans Folks, Intersex, Queer Curious, Allies, Genderfluid, Non-binary, Asexuals, Pansexuals I could go on! If you're Queer, be here!
Being homosexual in public can be a daunting, stressful, and/or lonely trial. With Queer Hiking you can rest assured that you'll own a quality and pleasant period with supportive people who know you or have space to learn more about things they aren't familiar with.
For me, personally, being queer in a fitness related space has always been an extremely stressful experience for me. I wanted to originate this group so that homosexual people can feel comfortable getting their sweat on in a safe and supportive environment.
Levels of difficulty will vary and we'll always let you know if something is a beginner, intermediate, or experienced hike. I exist near Griffith Park and there are sooooo many paths to explore but Queer Hiking can be ANYWHERE in the LA Area. :)

We have a wonderful bunch of members ranging in age. We stop to have lunch, take photos, etc. So please pack your lunch, and plenty of water to receive you through the trip.
