Did any of you observe LeAnn Rimes last week at The Abbey?

I&#;m interested to know how it went and if her handsome hubby, Eddie Cibrian, was with her.

LeAnn is trying to create a musical comeback and she&#;s courting the gays to help make it a success.

Eddie has joined her at some of her appearances at queer clubs to promote her new album Dance Like You Don&#;t Give a &#; which is a collection of remixes spanning her year career.

&#;I&#;ve always said that Eddie and I are a gay man&#;s wet dream. I sing, you can look at him, and it&#;s perfect,&#; Rimes tells PrideSource.

&#;I&#;ve definitely watched him get looked up and down in every way, shape or form &#; so yeah, basically hit on. It&#;s hysterical seeing these guys freak out over him. For me, I giggle so hard, because Eddie is really pretty cool about it all, but sometimes he can be shy and uncomfortable, and I love to look him in that element. It&#;s completely not his element, but he knows how to work it.&#;

LeAnn Rimes was a free-spirited year-old when, on one of her biggest songs, she threw caution to the wind and bought a one-way ticket on a westbound train. You know, "to see how far I can go." Pretty far, it turned out. That ticket took her everywhere: to the Grammys, to No. 1 and to the gay clubs.
Drama threw her career off road, however, and lately she's made tabloid headlines for everything but music: she's too fat, she's too skinny; she's a home-wrecker; she's an unfit stepmother. But now Rimes, 29, is heading in a new direction, pumping estrogen into songs by the kings of country on her 13th album, "Lady & Gentlemen." The singer will perform songs from the new CD, along with hits, at 8 p.m. Nov. 16 at Sound Board at MotorCity Casino.
Rimes spoke candidly about the "second dads" who co-produced her latest operate, how a gay uncle inspired her to say out on LGBT issues, the lack of a successful out country luminary and what to form of those rumors of her ex-hubby being homosexual.

You do some gender bending on this album, LeAnn.

SingerLeAnnRimes sounded off on country music's evolving stance on the lesbian, same-sex attracted, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) group in a new GLAAD interview.

Rimes, whose new holiday EP "One Christmas" hit stores this fall, told GLAAD's Claire Pires, "I hope that we're moving forward and not back."

She also discussed fellow country stars Ty Herndon and Billy Gilman, both of whom came out as gay last month.

"I knew this was all about to happen and [Herndon] actually texted me right before it happened. I'm so proud of him," she said. "Ty waited for a very long time in his life and Billy actually has a chance at having a full life as an out, gay man."

She then added, "People should be competent to love who they devote -- it's as simple as that."

Her sentiments echo those she made in a interview with PrideSource, in which she spoke about her support of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community.

"I just trust that everybody should be competent to do what they desire to do as long as no one's hurting anybody," she said at the time."I don't believe in hate.
